Use

Cascara Sagrada is used in herbal medicine as a natural laxative.

Recommendations

Adults : Take 2 capsules once daily with water.

Acts between 6 to 12 hours. Do not use within 2 hours before or after taking another medication.

Do not use for more than 7 days.
