Use

UDO + DHA oil is an excellent source of omegas for the whole family. Omega 3-6-9 supports healthy brain function in adults and nervous system development in children. UDO oil contains oils extracted from unrefined seaweed, flaxseed, sunflower, sesame and evening primrose. Also included in the mixture are coconut oil, rice and oat bran. All of these ingredients come together to form an omega-rich oil, perfect for adding to a healthy lifestyle.

Recommendations

Take 1 tbsp. tablespoons 1 to 3 times a day with meals.

The cloudiness and globs of the oil are unique to this blend. Gently shake the container before use.
