Shipping Policy

The processing of your order is guaranteed within 24 hours* (Monday to Friday). However, if products are out of stock or our inventory does not show the correct amount of products in stock, a member of our team will contact you to find out your shipping preferences for your package.

Some carriers experience occasional delivery delays. We are not responsible for these delays and no compensation will be granted due to delays imposed by our carriers.

Cancellation or refund of an order already shipped may be subject to additional shipping charges.

* Delivery is free for all purchases of $75 or more anywhere in Quebec and Ontario . It is free for all purchases of $150 or more everywhere else in Canada.

Delivery applies to all our in-store products except probiotics in the form of refrigerated yogurts, cat litter and large bags of pet food.

Items damaged in transit

Vogel St-Jérôme makes sure to ship the items safely and to pack the items properly to avoid any breakage during transport.
