Use
Calmix tincture is used in traditional herbalism as a nerve tonic, mild sedative to relieve nervousness. It can be taken daily as well as in times of more acute stress such as, for example, a period of exams, a period of changes and adaptation to work.
Recommendations
Adults : Take 40 drops, 2 times a day.
