Use

Milk thistle is traditionally used as a hepatoprotector (liver protector). It helps support various functions of the liver such as digestion and bile production.

Naka's formula also contains dandelion, beetroot, artichoke, schizandra and barberry to support the action of milk thistle.

Recommendations

Adults : Take 1 capsule 3 times daily.

Take 2 hours before or after taking medication or other natural products.
