Spirulina is a healthy, easily digestible, cholesterol-free source of essential amino acids. It also contains carotenoids which serve as precursors for the synthesis of vitamin A. Spirulina also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, and K, and traces of chromium, magnesium, selenium and zinc.
Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 or 2 capsules twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Start taking spirulina gradually, one capsule per day, slowly increasing until recommended by your healthcare professional.
