Use

Source of fiber to maintain good gastrointestinal functions. Helps improve bowel regularity, including constipation and/or diarrhea.

Helps relieve mild gastrointestinal upset and constipation, reduce the frequency of mild abdominal discomfort, and relieve irregular bowel movements, bloating and other mild gastrointestinal symptoms in people with IBS, including flatulence, dyspepsia and intestinal transit disorders.

Helps improve intestinal transit in children. Provides gentle relief from constipation, including in children. Helps modulate stool consistency (from soft or hard to normal).

Helps reduce laxative use. Helps reduce episodes of diarrhea. Helps reduce glycemic response and glycemic index when taken with food.

Recommendations

• Adults, for IBS and diarrhea: Add 1 scoop to 250ml of water 1-2 times daily.
• Adults, for constipation, stools and glycemic index: Add 1 or 2 scoop(s) to 250ml of water per day.
• Children over 8 years old, for IBS and diarrhea: Add 1 scoop to 250ml of water daily.
• Children over 12 years old, for constipation, stools and glycemic index: Add 1 scoop to 250ml of water or consult a health care practitioner.

Caution

• Do not use if a sudden change in your bowel habits persists for more than 2 weeks or if you have abnormal rectal bleeding or inability to have a bowel movement after taking another laxative.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use: If you have diabetes mellitus characterized by difficult to regulate blood sugar levels, if you are taking medications that inhibit peristalsis, if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever.
