Recommendations
- Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
- IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Use for 1-4 weeks.
- Diarrhea caused by antibiotics (children 12 years and older): Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food. Use throughout antibiotic treatment.
- Take 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.
