Sili-Mer is an organic silicon that is used as a supplement for arthritis and osteoporosis. It is excellent for healthy hair, nails and skin.Recommendations
Adults: Take one teaspoon (5ml), three times daily or as directed by healthcare practitioner. Take 5-10 minutes before each meal. The evening dose can be taken just before bedtime.Keep in mouth at least one minute before swallowing.
