Use

UDO oil is an excellent source of omegas for the whole family. Omega 3-6-9 supports healthy brain function in adults and nervous system development in children. UDO oil contains oils extracted from unrefined seaweed, flaxseed, sunflower, sesame and evening primrose. Also included in the mixture are coconut oil, rice and oat bran. All of these ingredients come together to form an omega-rich oil, perfect for adding to a healthy lifestyle.

Recommendations

Adults: Take 1 or 2 capsules three times daily with meals. 14 capsules equivalent to 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of oil.
