Used in aromatherapy to relieve joint and muscle pain, colds and coughs, digestive discomfort and headaches. Spike lavender essential oil helps soothe burns and sunburn.
Recommendations
2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral medium (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).
