Use

MetaFiber is a blend of soluble and insoluble fiber that helps support healthy bowel function. Gentle relief for occasional constipation.

Recommendations

Adults : Mix 1 scoop with 236ml of juice or water.

Effects seen 12-72 hours after first dose and may take up to 3 days.

Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
