Use
Resilience contains seven polysaccharide-rich mushroom extracts that increase energy, endurance, resistance to stress, and immunity.Blend of standardized extracts of chaga, cordyceps, coriolus, hericium, maitake, reishi and shiitake.
Recommendations
Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. It is best to take the product at the same time as a meal.
