Use
Epsom gel is perfect to help relieve muscle pain and inflammation:

Recommendations
Adults and adolescents (13 years and older) : Apply to affected area 3-4 times daily. Massage into the skin until completely absorbed.
Do not apply to wound or broken skin. Do not cover with a bandage or apply heat to avoid irritation and burns.
