Sleeptea is a set of natural plants used in traditional herbalism to help sleep in cases of restlessness or insomnia related to mental stress.
Recommendations
Adults : 3 or 4 capsules, 1 hour before bedtime, for 6 weeks.
Caution
- Consult a health care practitioner if insomnia is chronic.
- Avoid concomitant use with other sedatives.
