Use
Spirulina is a healthy, easily digestible, cholesterol-free source of essential amino acids. Spirulina also contains carotenoids which serve as precursors for the synthesis of vitamin A. Spirulina also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, and K, and traces of chromium, magnesium, selenium and zinc.
Recommendations
Adults: Take 1 rounded teaspoon (4 g) daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Starting dosage for the first 4 days: On the first day, take ¼ teaspoon; the next day, take an additional ¼ teaspoon (½); up to 1 teaspoon on the 4th day.
