Spirulina is a healthy, easily digestible, cholesterol-free source of essential amino acids. It also contains carotenoids which serve as precursors for the synthesis of vitamin A. Spirulina also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, and K, and traces of chromium, magnesium, selenium and zinc.
Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 or 2 tablets twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Start taking spirulina gradually, one tablet per day, slowly increasing to the recommendations made by your healthcare professional.
